Scott R. Amon
President
Scott Amon is the President of the Company and one of the original investors. Along with co-founders Michael Busher and Karl Wetzel, Scott had a vision of developing a high tech global financial payments solutions business, whereby payroll and other types of payments could be made to anyone from anywhere in the world. Mr. Amon brings to NxSystems a twenty year history in global exporting, particularly in the Pacific Rim, and financial investment experience Prior to joining NxSystems, Mr. Amon was the President of Grand Central Corporation, a holding company for a number of petroleum based companies and investments. Mr. Amon has a Bachelor of Administration (Finance) from the University of California (Berkeley, California).
Karl D. Wetzel
Chief Financial Officer
Karl Wetzel is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of NxSystems, Inc. As Chief Financial Officer, Karl Wetzel is responsible for leading NxSystems finance organization, which includes overseeing corporate strategy, treasury activities, accounting and reporting. Prior to joining NxSystems, Mr. Wetzel was the Chief Financial Officer for two publicly traded companies; Rentrak Corporation and Shared Communications. Mr. Wetzel has a Bachelors of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University (Pomona, CA). Mr. Wetzel is also a CPA.
