Student Cards enable parents to direct deposit monthly allowances on their child’s Student Card, enabling the child to have a monthly student fund allowance while away a school. Student Cards are better than credit cards because they offer a fixed dollar value that cannot be exceeded. By depositing a fixed dollar value (each month) on the Student Card, students learn how to budget monthly expenses, while at the same time giving them instant access to cash.
