Virtual Automated Technologies, Inc. announced today the resignation of Michael C. Busher as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Effective March 16, 2020, Mr. Busher has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of NxSystems™ Limited, the Companies Irish affiliate.
